BBQ Popcorn – The Best You’ll Ever Taste!
This BBQ Popcorn Tangy Snack Is Perfect For Teenagers—And Adults Too!
What You’ll Need:
1 tablespoon oil, preferably neutral in flavor (such as sunflower or refined coconut)
½ cup popcorn kernels
1 tablespoon smoked paprika (be sure to use smoked, not regular)
2 teaspoons mustard powder
¾ teaspoon EACH: sea salt, garlic granules, and onion granules
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne powder, or more if you like a spicy kick
1. Pop the popcorn—either in a hot air popper (in two batches if needed) or on the stovetop, using the oil. Pour the popped corn into a bowl.
2. Drizzle with the agave nectar (and oil, if you’ve air-popped the corn) and sprinkle with the remaining ingredients. Stir well with a rubber spatula and serve immediately.
