Method For Your Vegan Bread Recipe
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast. Create a well in the bottom of your dry ingredients.

2. Pour in the warm water and the olive oil.

3. With a wooden spoon, slowly pull the flour into the water and oil mixture until it’s fully combined.

4. Using your hands, (this is where it gets messy!) work your dough into a ball and transfer to a well floured surface.

5. Your dough should be slightly sticky, but not too much that it’s sticking to your hands and not coming off. Sprinkle a little extra flour onto your work surface and hands if needed. Continue to knead your dough for about 10-15 minutes, or until it begins to become elastic.

6. Rinse your mixing bowl and transfer your dough back into it. Cover with a damp dishcloth or plastic wrap, and leave it somewhere warm to rise for about 1-2 hours, until it has doubled in size.

7. Remove your dough from the bowl and place back on a lightly floured surface. Gently knead out the air bubbles.

8. Preheat your oven to 375 F and divide your dough in half. Form two round loaves and place on lightly oiled, or lined baking sheets. Let your dough rise for an additional 20 minutes.

9. Score the tops of your loaves once lengthways and bake for approx 30-40 minutes until the crust has turned a golden brown.

10. Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack, and try to stop yourself from eating it before it has cooled fully.

This vegan bread recipe is pretty straightforward and easy to follow.
