Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has revealed she enjoys eating vegan.

Not only has she became royalty, she has also worked for the US Embassy in Buenos Aires and is an active member of the UN Women’s leadership program. Just when the world thought they couldn’t get enough of Meghan Markle, she told Best Health in an interview that she enjoys eating a plant-based diet.

So what does the Duchess of Sussex like to eat?

In her interview with Best Health, she admitted she loves French fries, stating “French fries – I could eat French fries all day. And I love pasta. Do I love carbs – who doesn’t love a carbohydrate? But of course, when I’m filming, I’m conscious of what I eat. I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends. But at the same time, it’s all about balance. Because I work out the way I do, I don’t ever want to feel deprived. I feel that the second you do that is when you start to binge on things. It’s not a diet; it’s lifestyle eating.”

Who doesn’t love French fries? they are the staple of the vegan diet in eateries with no other options and are usually always a safe bet.
