Kelly Osbourne Shares Weight Loss Story After Switching To Vegan Diet
Kelly Osbourne has shared that she lost 85lb after switching to a vegan diet and starting a regular exercise routine.
The 33-year-old reality TV star recently posted a photo to Instagram, in which some fans described her new look as “unrecognisable.”
In response to one comment on her photo, Osbourne wrote, “That’s right mamma Mai I lost 85lbs since I last saw you. Can you believe it?.”
“I Used To Think Being A Vegan Was Boring”
In a separate Instagram post, she said, “I used to think being a vegan was boring. Now I have more fun with food now than I ever have before.”
Speaking to HuffPost about her weight loss, Osbourne said, “Once I learned how to work out right and eat right, it’s one of those things that you just have to commit to a life change rather than being on a diet.”

Kelly Osbourne Weight Loss
The TV star first spoke about her weight loss journey in 2009, during her appearance on Dancing with the Stars.
Osbourne shared that she lost 30lbs during the intense training required for the show, but then gained weight again once the show was over.
After taking up hiking and starting a relationship with vegan chef Matthew Mosshart, Osbourne made the transition to a plant-based diet, leading to gradual and sustained weight loss.
