“TIME” Ranks The Impossible Burger Among The 100 Best Inventions of 2019
The Impossible Burger from Impossible Foods has made its way onto the TIME list of 100 Best Inventions from 2019.
“Every year, TIME highlights the inventions that are making the world better, smarter and even a bit more fun” says the magazine.
After receiving applications from around the world, TIME assesses each contender “based on key factors, including originality, creativity, influence, ambition and effectiveness.”
Ranking in the food category, the Impossible Burger is joined on the list by Magic Spoon Cereal, a brand making “sweet cereal for diet-conscious grownups,” and Soylent Squared — a nutritionally complete breakfast bar.
