45 Vegan Burger Shops To Open In The UK As Italian Chain Expands
Italian plant-based burger chain Flower Burger is planning to open 45 new restaurants in the UK.
According to reports, the restaurants should be popping up in major cities over the coming ten years, a move intended to bring the joy of plant-based eating to more diners.
“People do not normally associate vegan food with fun and enjoyment,” said Matteo Toto, the founder of the chain.
“Flower Burger is about changing this perception with a psychedelic brand and restaurant décor, and a natural, great tasting product that we produce ourselves and that is unique to us.”

Vegan Flower Burger
First launched in Milan in 2015, Flower Burger already has a presence in Italy, France, and the Netherlands.
The totally vegan burger franchise aims to serve both plant-based and omnivore customers, offering “a range of burgers, on buns dyed with food-based colorings.”
“The bread is homemade, just like our sauces and patties,” says the brand, “From a pink cherry-based bread through an iconic black bun, to the turmeric-based yellow one.”
