Baked By Melissa Debuts Vegan Cupcake Range By Popular Demand

Baked by Melissa has debuted its first-ever plant-based cupcakes by popular demand.

The NYC-based brand, famous for its signature bite-sized treats, launched the collection in response to the number of “vegan” searches occurring on the brand’s website.

The new mini cupcakes come in six plant-based flavors, including Chocolate Vanilla Chip, Cookie Dough, Strawberry, Superfood, Peanut Butter and Triple Chocolate Chip.

Each cupcake is made with plant-based ingredients and features dairy-free icing, stuffing and toppings.

The new range is currently available in New York stores or online for nationwide shipping.
