Garden Of Life Scooped Up – Another Vegan Company Goes Mainstream!
It was announced today on their Facebook page, that Garden of Life has been bought by Nestle.
Garden of Life claims that they have spent a lot of time getting to know Nestle and their vision and values.
They say that they have no plans to be changed by Nestle, in what they do or what they stand for.
This new partnership means that USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified Nutrition now have a seat at one of the world's largest tables. Bringing more vegan options to mainstream audiences.
Garden of Life started looking at their future and the growth of the company and realized that they could not do it on their own.
In order for them to provide more people with high-quality, meaningful products at affordable prices they needed the help and expertise of a large worldwide corporation.
They set out to find a partner that would honor their values and help them to reach their full potential.
Stating that their commitment to traceable practices proven through third-party certifications – Certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and Gluten Free among others – is still at their core foundation and that Nestle sees their value and wants to help them in pursuit of their mission.

Although Garden of Life is ‘thrilled’ about this news, it has been a hotly debated topic among vegans worldwide since the news broke.
