Kate Farms Donates 100,000 Vegan Meal Replacements To Fight COVID-19 Hunger
Plant-based brand Kate Farms has donated 100,000 liquid meal replacements to those in need amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The brand’s vegan shakes are being donated and distributed in partnership with Meals On Wheels West.
The donations are destined to those most in need — with a focus on elder, and consequently higher risk, populations.

Vegan Nutrition To Fight COVID-19
According to a video shared to the Kate Farms Instagram, the goal is to ensure seniors can get proper nutrition regardless of their access to groceries.
Each shake is made with “organic pea protein, functional fats, and corn-free carbohydrates” and contains 16 grams of protein.
A case of 12 cartons normal retails for $46.
