Largest Vegan Taco In The World Created In Las Vegas

by | November 6, 2019

Plant-based Las Vegas restaurant Tacotarian has just launched “the world’s biggest vegan taco” in honor of World Vegan Month.

At an impressive seven inches long by seven inches wide, this taco is made with a hard shell and features French fries, beans, guacamole, cheddar cheese, lettuce, salsa, crema, pico de gallo, and a plant-based meat of choice.

The restaurant will be giving 20 percent of its sales this month to Food Not Bombs Las Vegas — a charitable organization that gives free vegan food to those in need in the local area.

The plant-based Mexican eatery boasts the “largest selection of vegan tacos in the Universe” with more than 14 different varieties available.

According to Tacotarian, “the concept was born out of a trip to Mexico City where we were inspired by so many veggie dishes with such flavor and love.”

“We wanted to bring a modern take on Mexican culture and food to Las Vegas. While the focus is on our large taco selection, we offer many other Mexican staples with a twist,” reads the brand’s website.
