Monster Energy’s New Vegan Oat Drink On Sale Now
The Monster Energy Company has added a vegan oat drink to its range of caffeinated beverages.
The new creation — Farmer’s Oats — is made from a blend of oat milk and coffee, and contains 200mg of caffeine.
On November 2, the company is throwing a party in Los Angeles in collaboration with Foodbeast to celebrate the launch of the plant-based energy drink.
Foodbeast describes Farmer’s Oats by saying “It’s close to an oatmeal cookie, but minus the calories, as a whole can of the new drink is only 150 calories.”

Vegan Alternatives
“The sheer amount of vegan alternatives available in 2019 allows for both passionate vegans and flexitarian consumers to eat and drink together like never before,” Foodbeast.com CEO Geoff Kutnick said.
“Farmer’s Oats entrance into the marketplace couldn’t come at a better time.”

The Rise Of Oat Milk
Oat milk is becoming an increasingly popular choice for consumers. In 2018 alone, sales of the plant-based milk grew by 425% — growth that has certainly been fuelled by cafes around the world adding it to the menu.
Statistics show that almost 50 percent of consumers in the US will have a plant-based alternative to dairy milk on their shopping list — making it all the more understandable that globally the industry is worth over $16 billion.
