Allison DeStefano Lellos lives in New Hampshire, USA with her husband, son, and two fur-babies. She is a full-time teacher and the owner of Allison Lellos Holistic Wellness, which provides in-person and remote health and wellness services for mothers and families. After the birth and subsequent hospitalization of her son, she became even more passionate about supporting prenatal and postnatal women. Allison enjoys strong cups of coffee, spending time outdoors, meditation, and baby snuggles. She has been a happy, healthy vegan for over 11 years!
