@rainbow.chard found these amazing little British Dark Ginger Puddles that not only are vegan, but delicious! They are a great alternative to little button dairy chocolates for kids, and adults! So scoop them up, before everyone at Raise Vegan buys the entire company stock!

Kid Approved Raspberry Pudding! This raspberry pudding recipe couldn’t be simpler, and is perfect for healthy snacks, lunchboxes, vegan raspberry puddingand light desserts. You can even try putting this into Popsicle molds (along with some whole raspberries) for healthy pudding pops! They are sure to be a hit no matter what the weather.

Amy’s is a staple in our freezer. They are great for those in between meals and you have kids asking for snacks, and apparently an orange simply won’t cut it.

Sunday soul food. Spaghetti squash stuffed with Irish green peas to remind me of an irish Sunday dinner with black beans, onion and pepper. . . . . Directions 🌱Cut the spaghetti squash in half and bake on 400 for 45 mins. 🌱In a skillet, combine the peas, beans, onions, pepper with rosemary, parsley and salt and cook on low for 10 mins 🌱when spaghetti is done, fork out the squash into the skillet and stir into the ingredients 🌱spoon everything back into the spaghetti shells and bake for five more mins 🌱Enjoy! #myhappyplates
