Siggi’s Dairy Launches Low-Sugar Vegan Yogurt
US yogurt company siggi’s dairy has released a new dairy-free yogurt alternative.
The plant-based treat has taken two years to develop and is in line with the brands legacy of low-sugar recipes, with three times as much protein and 40 percent less sugar than other brands.
The vegan yogurt can now be found at grocery stores and retail chains across the US. Shoppers can choose from four flavors — vanilla cinnamon, mixed berries, raspberry, and mango.
“We are really excited to enter the plant-based segment and offer a truly unique product that delivers on what consumers have asked for” said Carlos Altschul, siggi’s President and CEO, in an email to Raise Vegan.
“siggi’s fans all over the country will recognize our classic creamy texture, not-too-sweet taste, lower sugar, and higher protein content. We are proud to continue to enhance the yogurt aisle through innovation.”
