Vegan Butcher Shop To Open In Las Vegas

by | October 15, 2019

NoButcher, the Las Vegas vegan butcher, will be opening its first store on October 19th.

The plant-based butchers will be offering a range of animal-free meats in addition to classic deli sandwiches and salad options.

Customers to NoButchers will be able to browse products displayed behind a large deli counter, including NoTurkey, NoPepperoni and NoBacon. They can choose from dining in the seated area, or passing through the drive-thru to get their order.

NoButcher has shared detail on some of its sandwich creations ahead of the opening next week. The spot will offer a Pulled NoPork sandwich, which is comprised of wheat-based pulled pork with BBQ sauce and maple-mustard coleslaw, served in a ciabatta roll. Also on offer is the Aloha NoRib, which comes served with teriyaki and pineapple. For a more vegetable-heavy option, customers can try the Mediterranean grilled vegetable sandwich, which is topped with vegan feta cheese.

Not Just For Vegan Shoppers

NoButcher co-owner Joe Vadala said of the new venture “We had started serving NoButcher products at vegan festivals and received such positive feedback and encouragement we thought we should try to find a permanent place.”

Vadala also shared that “Our goal has always been to provide high-quality plant-based products to as many people as possible…we love the fact we have the opportunity to serve not only the vegan community, but everyone who enjoys delicious food, cares about animals, and is interested in sustaining our planet.”
