Vegan Star Billie Eilish Adopts Foster Dog Amid Coronavirus Pandemic

by | April 21, 2020

Vegan musician Billie Eilish — perhaps best known for her hit song “bad guy” — has adopted a dog in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.

While reports say the star had originally planned to provide only a foster home to this and one other puppy, she took to Instagram stories to announce that — for one of the two dogs — the change would stick.

“As for this little nameless monkey… you are miiiiiiiiiiiine!!!”

Eilish shared details of her new pet project on the Telekom Electronic Beats podcast.

“I’ve been fostering two puppies which has been amazing, and a full-time job at the same time — but it’s actually been great,” she said. “When else am I going to have time to do that?”

“I feel like more people should do that,” she added.

“They need it.”
