5-Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Pretty much everyone loves chocolate chip cookies, right?! But maybe we struggle to find opportunities to make them. While making the time to whip up a standard vegan batch may be well worth the reward, this recipe is about to make life a whole lot easier for busy plant-based cookie lovers big and small.
Made with just three ingredients, these cookies by 15-year-old blogger Lucy Musgrave of Pure Delicious are simple and delicious.

5-Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almond butter(or nut butter of choice)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 30g dark chocolate chips/chunks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius.
- In a bowl, combine the almond butter and maple syrup. Continue to mix until the mixture becomes thick. If the dough is a little runny, add 1 tbsp more maple syrup and continue to mix.
- Add the baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Then, chop the chocolate into small chunks and add to the mix.
- Separate the dough into 6 cookies, then place on a lined tray. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes, then allow to cool before enjoying!
