Actor Harrison Ford Drops Meat And Dairy From His Diet
Actor and environmentalist Harrison Ford recently announced he has dropped meat and dairy from his diet.
Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier this month, the Indiana Jones star told the talk show host about his current eating habits.
“I eat vegetables and fish…no dairy,” Ford said.
“I was just tired of eating meat and I know it’s not really good for the planet and I know it’s not really good for me.”

During his appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ford also spoke about his climate concerns, sharing that he recently attended the United Nations Climate Action Summit,
“We all need to start talking about [the climate crisis],” he said, “we need to insist that our elected officials do it.”
