Actor and environmentalist Harrison Ford recently announced he has dropped meat and dairy from his diet.

Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier this month, the Indiana Jones star told the talk show host about his current eating habits.

“I eat vegetables and fish…no dairy,” Ford said.

“I was just tired of eating meat and I know it’s not really good for the planet and I know it’s not really good for me.”
