However, Organic Krush, a popular vegan restaurant in New York City, has determined that if you could balance the flavor of açaí with other fresh fruits, like banana and some healthy coconut water, you could create a delicious blend with the purest of health benefits! For The Base

  • 3oz organic unsweetened frozen açai 
  • 2oz coconut water
  • 2oz orange juice
  • 1 cup banana (or one banana)


  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries 
  • Optional: almond butter, banana, coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips, hemp seeds, mango, pineapple


  1. Blend the the frozen berries, coconut water, orange juice and banana together until smooth. Pour the berry açai bowl mixture into bowls and top with assorted berries. If you don’t have all the berries on hand, use any other fruit like banana, pineapple or mango. Top your Açai Berry Bowl with other fun toppings like almond butter, coconut flakes or hemp seeds.
