Named “Fully Baked,” the BOM BOM vegan hemp milk liqueur was inspired by no other, then Ben & Jerry’s ‘Half Baked’ ice cream. Although already available in multiple states according to their press release. They plan to be across the USA by June.

“We are thrilled that talking about Fully Baked is no longer on a ‘need-to-know basis,’” BOM BOM founders Kevin Mowers and Eva Maria Janerus said in a joint statement. “We decided to take Half Baked all the way with Fully Baked” they shared. “We want our company to always evolve and we never settle for just good or even just great, which is why Fully Baked uses Hemp Milk. Not only is it lower-calorie and vegan, like our Nilli Vanilli, but it’s nut-free as well and has no artificial flavors or preservatives.”

This is not the company's first toe into the water of a vegan alcoholic beverage – they also have “Nilli Vanilli,” a creamy beverage that blends Caribbean rum with almond milk and vanilla cookie flavors.

In spite of containing no dairy cream, Nilli Vanilli was rated the “Best Cream Liqueur of 2017” by the International Review of Spirits.

There hasn’t been an announcement if the beverage will reach the market in the United Kingdom or Europe yet, however, another company, Besos De Oro, is set to release their own vegan liqueur, made with starchy root vegetables and tiger nuts within the next six months. Here’s hoping this alcoholic beverage hits shelves near me very soon!
