Everyone’s Guacamole

Everyone’s Guacamole

Who doesn’t love guacamole?! This is a great family-friendly recipe because everyone will love it. Forget those avocado haters, no one needs that negativity in their lives!

Use as a dip for tortilla chips, in sandwiches or veggie burgers, or anything that could do with a spruce of life!

What you need

1 avocado, perfectly ripe (under-ripe avocados won’t bring the flavor through)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
1 medium clove of garlic, pressed or minced
¼ teaspoon sea salt

Optional: 1 tablespoon minced cilantro, 1 small tomato, diced

Directions

1. Remove the avocado flesh with a spoon and mash it in a bowl with a fork. (This can get messy!)

2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Use salt and lemon/lime juice to taste.

3. Serve and enjoy!

If you have any leftovers, refrigerate them in an airtight container for a day or two, and continue to enjoy this great-tasting guacamole!

Serves 2-4
