This is a favorite in our household, because it’s so simple to throw together, and everyone loves it. It works well as a dessert, breakfast, or even as a parfait layer, along with berries and granola. Yummy!
One 12.3 oz. aseptic pack of silken tofu, firm or extra firm
½ cup maple syrup
2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon sea salt
