Garlic Bread Crusted Brussel Sprouts

by | April 1, 2019

Brussel sprouts are among one of the more popular of the cruciferous vegetables. They have great benefits like high nutrients, but also low calorie so it’s a great vegetable that you don’t have to get enough of. They can take on tons of different flavors making them a great side or even a main dish. Now, if you are a bread head like me garlic bread is a top choice in flavor. So I decided why not meld the two together. The garlic butter breadcrumb topping give a powerful flavor boost. This dish has so much flavor and not to mention it fills the air with garlicky goodness that everybody loves.
