Here’s How Vegan Star Alicia Silverstone Is Passing Time With Her Son Amid COVID-19
Vegan actor Alicia Silverstone — much like many parents around the world — is at home with her son during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She took to Instagram yesterday to share how they’re passing the time.
The star’s Instagram stories showed the pair making plant-based pancakes. Afterward, they headed outside for trampoline bouncing and multiplication practice — which, according to Silverstone, was not her idea.
“I didn’t ask him to do this,” she told her followers. “He just started doing it.”
“He was also knitting this morning — all by himself.”
Later, Bear can be seen covered in paint after getting creative on the patio — presumably also his idea.

Kids At Home During COVID-19
Speaking with Vancouver Sun, child psychologist Dr Ashley Miller offered some tips on helping children weather the global pandemic.
She advised that parents do their best to create structure for their children, creating a schedule that offers play, learning, and socializing and getting their kids involved.
She also noted the importance of monitoring screen time, while still using the digital world as a tool for social connection.
