Man Starts Meat-Eaters Group After Being Excluded From Vegan Dinner Club
An anonymous man has sparked a heated debate after launching a workplace dinner club exclusively for meat eaters.
The man shared online that he had launched a “Burger and Steak Club” after he wasn’t allowed to join a workplace dinner club for vegans — due to the fact he is not one.
Sharing his experience on popular web forum Reddit, the man went on to reveal that the head of the vegan club had since lodged a complaint about him with the company’s HR department.
“Nothing Wrong With That”
Commenting on the post, one user explained to the man, “A minority wants a club to get to know other members of that minority and share experiences.”
“Nothing wrong with that. You’re only being excluded in the most banal of meanings of that word.”
