Simon Cowell Says Vegan Diet “Not That Difficult” As He Shares Weight Loss
The 60-year-old music industry icon transitioned to plant-based eating last year after struggling with his health.
“I think I have dropped, since I started this diet a year ago, 60lbs” said Cowell.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge has even suggested he might have a vegan cookbook in the works.
“It’s Not That Difficult”
“It’s something I have been thinking about because everyone’s so interested” he said of his book plans.
“I think I would call it, It’s Not That Difficult…I’d give people some of the recipes I have been following.”
“What you eat has to taste nice — otherwise you won’t stick to it.”

Simon Cowell Vegan Diet
The TV star has shared that the coronavirus lockdown — which he is spending with his partner Lauren Silverman and six-year-old son Eric — hasn’t impacted his new healthy living regime.
“I’m doing a bit of cooking. I’m exercising. Funny enough, more during this time as well, sticking to the diet” he said.
“The only difficult thing is when Eric orders a pizza” added Cowell.
“That’s the number one thing I miss.”
