- Avocado
- Miso paste
- Quinoa
- Cashew spread
- Capsicum
- Carrot
- Silverbeet
- Coriander
- Mint
- Kelp noodles
Method to Make the Sushi
Spread the avocado, miso, and cashew spread (cashews, garlic, water, salt) onto the nori wraps first. Top with quinoa and then add the remaining ingredients and roll the sushi. Easy peasy Vegan Sushi!
