UK Supermarket Launches Vegan Pepperoni Pizza For £2.50

Supermarket chain Morrisons has launched the “No Pepperoni” Pizza in stores across the UK.

The new 10 inch pizza features a dough base topped with tomato sauce, dairy-free cheese, and plant-based pepperoni.

“We have listened to the many customers who want more vegan options at our pizza counters and have worked hard to bring them their favourite toppings without compromising on flavour,” said Leanne Cory, Morrisons’ Pizza Counter Buyer.

“The new Vegan ‘No Pepperoni’ Pizza offers a convincing meat-free alternative and tastes just like the original – you really won’t believe it until you’ve tried it,” she added.

Morrisons shared that it has created the vegan pepperoni pizza for people “looking to cut down on their red meat intake.”

Customers can find the new product on sale now at pizza counters in the majority of UK stores.
