Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tin canned pumpkin
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • 6 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix milk, pumpkin and all spices in a large bowl until blended well.
  2. Stir in chia seeds.
  3. Pour mix into 4 mason jars.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Top with pecans if desired.
  6. Enjoy!
