All-Vegan Deli To Open In New York With Home Delivery Across The US
All-vegan deli Louie’s Luncheonette is set to open in Brooklyn, New York, next month.
The deli — which was founded by brothers Matt and Louie Catizone — will offer a wide range of meat-free cold cuts, including pepperoni, chicken, ham, and turkey.
“Open The Horizons”
“For us, a huge inspiration is to not only offer plant-based cold cuts that can fill a void for vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians and/or environmentalists, but to also open the horizons for individuals looking to do better,” said Matt Catizone.
“And we’re inspired to do this while being easily accessible for anyone interested in trying.”

Vegan Deli
The brothers were inspired to open Louie’s Luncheonette after Louie switched to a plant-based diet in 2016, and began creating vegan alternatives to his favorite sandwich meats. After sharing the recipes with his brother, the duo decided to launch the deli to share them with everyone.
Following next month’s opening, Louie’s Luncheonette will be offering delivery across the US, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
