Fitness YouTubers The “Buff Dudes” Share Perks Of Vegan Living With 2M Fans
Fitness fanatic brothers Brandon Myles White and Hudson White — more popularly known as YouTube sensations the Buff Dudes — went vegan for 30 days in their latest YouTube video.
At the beginning of the video, the Buff Dudes explain to their two million subscribers, that “when done right, such a diet may result in numerous health benefits, including lowering the risk of cancer, improving heart health, and losing weight.”
Throughout the video, the brothers discuss recipe ideas and food preparation while documenting how the change impacted their usual routines.

Vegan Diet Results
While niether plans to continue to follow an entirely plant-based diet, both had good things to say about the experience.
“I feel fuller, very full, very pumped in the gym” said Hudson, speaking at day 25 of his plant-based diet. “I feel big after every workout and my strength levels haven’t decreased.”
Upon completion of the 30 days, Brandon stated “It taught me a lot, it taught me to implement more greens and beans into my diet, along with moderating my meats.”
“I felt good on the vegan diet” Hudson claimed. But also added “I’m gonna implement a few foods back into my diet that wouldn’t keep me completely vegan.”
Recommending a plant-based diet to viewers, Hudson claimed “I feel veganism has shown me how great I can feel with an emphasis on vegetables, fruits, beans, and nuts.”
