Lewis Hamilton Guides Family Toward Vegan Diet After F1 Win
During an interview after his latest Formula One world championship win, Lewis Hamilton opened up about guiding his family towards a plant-based diet.
“I think it’s really just about educating…if you can help people have the right information, then they can make their own decisions” Hamilton explained to reporters.
“Like my dad for example would never, ever think of going vegan. I brought him to The Game Changers…he’s now gone vegan, he’s trying this vegan diet, as well as my stepmom.”
“I’m trying to convince my brother over here” he added, “It’s incredible, there are so many other people who are trying it, and it’s just having the right information.”
The vegan racing driver secured his sixth world championship title last week, making him the second driver ever to win as many titles, just behind seven-time champion Michael Schumacher.

Lewis Hamilton Vegan Controversy
The world champion has faced criticism over the last few months as he has become increasingly vocal about his new animal-friendly lifestyle.
Some have branded him hypocritical for saying a plant-based diet is the “only way to truly save our planet” whilst also driving in Formula One racing. Participating in the sport is allegedly the equivalent of taking “200 planes a year” when it comes to carbon emissions.
