Vegan Milk Chocolate
A report released last year revealed that the market for vegan chocolate is set to boom over the next decade.
The report highlighted that the growing popularity of dairy-free options is in part because consumers believe them to be a healthier alternative. The research also points to the high number of lactose intolerant people opting for plant-based products, in addition to increasing awareness of animal welfare and concerns for the environment.
