Orange And Strawberry Vegan Popsicles

Summer might be coming to a close soon, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t still time to enjoy some vegan popsicles!

Popsicles always go down a treat on hot summer days, especially if they’re fruity and refreshing. These orange and strawberry popsicles are so easy to make, but the results are amazing. You’re going to love them!

Ingredients

Orange popsicles

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 3 tbsp agave
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Strawberry popsicles

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3 tbsp agave
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • Place all of your ingredients for each flavor into a blender and blend until fully combines. You can alternatively whisk everything together in a bowl if you don’t have a blender., but it makes it easier to pour the mixture straight from the blender.
  • Pour your vegan popsicles mixture into a mold and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze your popsicles for about 4-6 hours, until they are ready to serve. When you want to remove the popsicle from the mold, run warm water over the outside of the mold until the popsicle releases.

Vegan popsicles are a great way to cool down on those hot summer days, and filling them full of fruit is a great way to get some extra nutrients into your kids without a fuss. I don’t know about you, but in our house, popsicles are the best bribery tool for when you want something done.
