Record-Breaking Traffic To Vegan Sports Site Following “The Game Changers”
Great Vegan Athletes (GVA) has reported a record amount of traffic to its website following the worldwide release of The Game Changers.
The plant-based sports site saw 53,000 unique visitors visiting its pages in October — the same month that the best-selling vegan documentary was released on Netflix. This is three times the amount of people who visited the site in the same month last year.
Since the spike in visitor numbers began, the website has been experiencing technical difficulties, and is now looking to upgrade to a better hosting provider to resolve the problem.
GVA are asking visitors to show support via a Patreon campaign in order to raise money to improve the website.

Best-Selling Vegan Documentary
Ever since the global release of The Game Changers on Netflix last month, more and more people have been announcing their intentions to give plant-based eating a go.
Last week four-time Tour de France champion Chris Froome shared on Instagram that he had gone vegan after watching the film.
Froome follows in the plant-based footsteps of bodybuilder Kai Greene, who started a vegan diet with the help of The Game Changers co-producer, James Wilks.
