Finding snack ideas for kids can be somewhat challenging because of the fact that kids can be picky eaters. Additionally, finding the healthiest snacks that are low in sugar can be challenging since kids will be more willing to eat sweet treats. However, there are plenty of healthy easy vegan snacks for school that kids will love that do not involve complicated recipes at all. And, these snacks will have a high chance of pleasing your kids! 1. Sweet Potato Chips

This recipe is extremely easy and your kids are going to love these easy vegan snacks for school, with these crunchy and healthy bites. So, what you need to do is buy one unpeeled medium sweet potato, and chop it up to as many pieces as you can that have the same shape and texture of potato chips in general. Then be sure to preheat your oven to 350 F, and be sure to put the rack in the middle of the oven. Be sure to add one layer of parchment paper on the baking sheet as well. Sprinkle some Kosher salt on the pieces of the sweet potato, and you can drizzle some olive oil as well. Then bake them for 10 to 12 minutes, and that will be enough to brown the chips. After that, take it out and let it cool down for 5 minutes. And, then you and your kids can enjoy munching on sweet potato snacks!

2. Vegan Trail Mix

These are super easy vegan snacks for school and kids and adults absolutely love this snack in general. All you need to do is buy some organic cashews, raw and organic European almonds, organic and raw hazelnuts as well as almonds. Take one-quarter of each of the nuts and mix them together. Then, you will want to make sure that you have raw and organic pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, dried goji berries, and raisins. Take three tablespoons of each one and add it to the nut mix. And, don’t forget to get some semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips, and add three tablespoons of that into the mix too! And voila! You have a tasty and healthy snack for you and your kids to enjoy together!

3. Vegan Rice Crispy Squares

This snack is always a huge hit and it is super easy to make. All you need to do is buy Rice Crispy cereal, vegan marshmallows, and vegan butter. Take 3 tablespoons of the butter,  measure out 4 cups of the marshmallows, and 6 cups of Rice Crispy cereal. Take a large saucepan and put the butter in it, and let it melt on a low heat. Once it is melting, add the marshmallows and keep stirring until it is 100% melted. And, then, add the Rice Crispy cereal in and stir well and make sure that they are properly coated. Take a pan and put some wax paper on it, spray some cooking spray, and then pour the mixture into it. Let it cool down for a few minutes, and then start cutting the mixture into 2-inch squares or the sizes that you desire. Go and enjoy that snack!
