One of the first signs of pregnancy for many women is sore breasts. Your breasts may become tender and enlarged and your nipples super sensitive before you’ve even missed a period. I know from my own experience that I knew that I was pregnant before I even took a test because of how sore my breasts were, also, my nipples were ginormous.

Your lacy underwired lingerie is probably not going to be supportive enough for your growing breasts. It’s probably time to go for a professional fitting.
You’ll want to look for these features when purchasing a bra during pregnancy:

- Deep band beneath the cups
- Wide shoulder straps
- Adjustable closure in the back
Don’t spend too much money on a bunch of new bras right at the beginning though as you’re likely to grow another size or two.
Wear Sports Bras
Sports bras are designed to limit movement. They keep the breasts firm to the chest which helps prevent any jiggling or bouncing. Sports bras are made with comfortable fabrics which will feel a lot better than a lacy underwired bra.
