Vegan Chefs Release Content Made To Help Fans Through COVID-19 Quarantine
A number of famed vegan chefs and recipe creators have released content made to help their followerss through the informal and formal quarantines associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Among them is wildly successful chef Gaz Oakley — also known as Avant Garde Vegan — who has debuted a video roundup of some of his more cost effective and nonperishable-reliant recipes.
Also contributing are famed recipe creators Rose Lee of Cheap Lazy Vegan and Candice Hutchings of The Edgy Veg, who have both shared videos online of the simple meals they’ve been making while stuck at home.

The Vegan Movement & COVID-19
It’s not just those in the plant-based food biz that have contributed what they can to pandemic relief efforts.
In the Bay Area, Vegan brand Sophie’s Kitchen donated around 3,000 cases of product to those in need this week. In Worthing, England, an entirely plant-based food bank has opened in wake of the crisis. In Chattanooga, Tennessee, one vegan business owner has, with the help of donations, has been able to make meals to go direct to her community.
