Meet The Vegan Star Cast of Game Of Thrones
Peter Dinklage
As one of the most famous vegan actors in the industry, Dinklage’s role as the peacekeeper in GoT, Tyrion Lannister, isn’t all an act. In real life, he is a strong advocate for his veganism status (after being vegetarian for many years before) and he has worked with PETA closely.
I wouldn’t hurt a cat or dog- or a chicken or a cow. And I wouldn’t ask anyone else to hurt them for me.

Nathalie Emmanuel
The actress playing the 19-language speaker Missandei, Nathalie Emmanuel, is an even cooler bad-ass in real life. As a yoga teacher and a vegan goddess since 2012, she motivates me every day with her yoga video clips.

Jerome Flynn
Onscreen as Bronn, also known as “The Cutthroat”, this actor is anything but cutthroat as a person. Offscreen, Jerome Flynn is actually a very adamant activist for veganism and animal rights, urging fans recently to go vegan for the animals.
Their lives are miserable from the moments they’re born until the day the lorry [truck] arrives to take them to slaughter.

Not vegan, but activists
Maisie Williams
Ambassador with The Body Shop, Maisie is as strong-willed IRL as she is as Arya Stark. (I don’t know about you, but I’m personally rooting for her to take the iron throne). Even if she’s not vegan, she does love her plant-based milk!

Lena Heady
Don’t let her portrayal of Queen Cersei Lannister fool you because this GoT actress is actually a kind and gentle soul! Also working with PETA, former vegetarian Lena Heady uses her voice and platform to speak out against animal abuse found in circuses.
