Vegan Pizza Chain To Open New Restaurant Due To “Overwhelming Demand”
Vegan pizza chain Purezza has announced the opening of a new restaurant due to “overwhelming demand.”
The award-winning UK chain — which is renowned for its home-made plant-based cheese selection — is set to open its third location in Hove in August.
The new two-floor branch will be the first 100 percent vegan restaurant in Hove, and less than two miles away from its debut site.
“A Big Year For Purezza”
“This year was always set to be a big year for Purezza,” said Tim Barclay, co-founder of the chain, in an email to Raise Vegan.
“While the Coronavirus crisis was an unforeseen challenge, it won’t affect our plans. Purezza is a growing brand, but our home has always been Brighton and Hove.”
“Before looking at national expansion, we’re proud to be able to give some of our most dedicated customers a brand new beautiful space in Hove to enjoy.”
Purezza opened its first restaurant in Brighton in 2015, and launched the second location — the largest vegan restaurant in the UK — in London earlier this year.
