Vegan Stars Billie Eilish & Woody Harrelson Move To Fight Climate Change

by | October 2, 2019

Vegan celebrities Billie Eilish and Woody Harrelson have appeared in a video made by Greenpeace to discuss the climate emergency — and encourage viewers to change.

Titled “Our House Is On Fire,” the video was shared via Billie Eilish’s YouTube channel on September 28. It has since garnered over 4 million views.

The video shows imagery of natural disasters exacerbated by climate change — such as flooding and forest fires. Eilish and Harrelson discuss the situation, with Eilish warning that “extreme weather is wrecking millions of lives.”

“History has shown us that when enough people rise up and demand change, those in power have no choice but to act,” Harrelson adds.

The stars suggest that concerned viewers cut meat and dairy out of their diets, and consider joining an environmental movement such as Greenpeace or Fridays For Future.
