World's Most Popular Men’s Magazine Promotes Vegan Diet With Complete Guide
Global lifestyle magazine Men’s Health has launched the “Complete Guide To Plant-Based Eating” to share “everything you need to know” on the topic.
The comprehensive guide explains how to follow a healthy plant-based meal plan, as well as how to eat to best support the body when working out.
In addition to nutrition information, readers are provided with a range of vegan recipes that are designed to support the common fitness aims of burning fat and building muscle.
The plant-based eating guide debunks the popular protein deficiency myth and also explains the environmental benefits of an animal-free diet.
“If everyone in the UK went plant based two days a week, the effect on CO2 levels would be equivalent to taking 54 per cent of cars off the road, all year, every year” explains the guide.
Men’s Health is on sale in 59 different countries, with the magazine’s website receiving over 118 million views every month.

Vegan Athletes
Since the launch of controversial vegan documentary The Game Changers last year, interest in plant-based eating among athletes has increased.
The Men’s Health plant-based guide shares that among those already succeeding in the fitness world on a vegan diet are “powerlifting record holder Patrik Baboumian, Olympic silver medalist Dotsie Bausch, ultra-marathoner Scott Jurek, and even seven-time Mr. Olympia champion Arnold Schwarzenegger.”
