Ariana Grande Tells Fans That Being Vegan Makes You A “Happier Person”
Pop star Ariana Grande has opened up about the health and happiness benefits of following a vegan diet.
The “thank u, next” singer transitioned to eating plant-based in 2013, after watching nutrition documentary Forks Over Knives. She has since become an advocate for animal-friendly eating.
“An All-Round Happier Person”
“I am a firm believer in eating a full plant-based, whole food diet to expand your life length,” said Grande, “and make you an all-round happier person.”
“I love animals more than I love most people, not kidding.”

The singer has shared that going vegan for her was never about being skinnier, although she did lose weight when she made the swap.
“This is about making sure the foods you put in your body will nourish you and be put to good use,” she said.
“A Healthier Me”
“The reason why I lost so much weight as I did is because I used to live on junk food. So, I drastically changed my eating habits, started exercising daily, and I’m all around a healthier me.”
Grande has also revealed how her vegan diet has helped to get her blood sugar levels under control, after having struggled with hypoglycemia all her life.
