The Best Chocolate Brownies You’ll Ever Have!

Brownies mmm…. sweet and chocolaty, moist and gooey. These are very easy and fast to make, they are sure to have everyone enjoying them and saying they’re the best brownie bites they’ve ever eaten!

You will need: 

  • 175g plain flour
  • 200g vegan butter
  • 200g dark vegan chocolate
  • 200g unrefined cane sugar
  • 150g chopped walnuts
  • 3 eggs substitutes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Line small baking tray 16.5x10cm with baking paper and set aside.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter together and set aside.
  4. Mix eggs substitute with sugar and vanilla in a separate bowl. Add melted chocolate and butter and mix until combined.
  5. Add flour and walnuts and stir until evenly mixed.
  6. Pour it into a prepared tin and bake it in the center of the oven for about 25min.
  7. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down completely. Cut it into bite size pieces and enjoy!
