Beyond Meat Partners The Social Change Fund To Fight Racial Inequality

Vegan food brand Beyond Meat has teamed up with new non-profit organization the Social Change Fund to help fight racial inequality.

The Social Change Fund was launched by Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade, and Carmelo Anthony, to tackle disparities in Black communities through social justice, education and health equity initiatives.

“We are honored to join in partnership with Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade, and Carmelo Anthony in support of the Social Change Fund,” said Ethan Brown, Beyond Meat founder and CEO, in an email to Raise Vegan.

“Beyond Meat is dedicated to serving broader social goals, using what’s on the center of the plate as a critical starting point,” he added, “And we are excited to support and work with the Social Change Fund initiative to address racial inequalities in nutrition access and health outcomes in America.”

Social Change Fund & Beyond Meat

The Social Change Fund is currently working with a number of influential organizations to advocate for communities of color and indigenous people.
