by | March 13, 2020

Luxury fashion brand HUGO BOSS has created its first vegan suit — completely free from any animal products.

Made from a blend of linen and viscose, the Vegan Slim-Fit Suit can be ordered in black, beige, or dark blue.

“Made in Germany, this vegan suit is designed as part of our commitment to finding more sustainable ways to produce and finish our products,” says the brand on its website.

The suit is available now online and in HUGO BOSS stores for $895.

“Kind People Can Now Buy High-End Business Suits”

“We are delighted to see that animal-friendly fashion is on the rise,” said Harald Ullmann, vice president of PETA Germany.

“BOSS is the first world-known premium brand to set this stylish milestone in menswear.”

“Kind people can now buy high-end business suits that are not only stylish and fashionable but also cruelty-free and sustainable.”

This is the future of the fashion industry. With exciting advances like “leather” made from pineapple leaves and recycled plastic bottles, parkas made with entirely plant-based vegan “spider” silk, and “wool” made from bamboo and hemp, there’s no excuse for continuing to exploit animals for fashion.
