New Vegan Chicken Product Launches In Major Supermarket Meat Aisle
Vegan food brand Squeaky Bean has launched its Thai Marinated Chicken Style Pieces in Tesco stores across the UK today.
The plant-based brand will also launch its Kick of Tikka and Sweet Smokey BBQ Chicken, with each 160g pack on sale for £3.
All three of the new vegan chicken-style products will be on sale in the meat aisle of Co-op stores from June 22.
“Wildly Delicious Plants”
“The Ready-to-Eat Thai Marinated Chicken Style Pieces are the latest in our range of inspired products made from wildly delicious plants,” said Sarah Augustine, Squeaky Bean’s Co-Creator, in an email to Raise Vegan.
“Not only are they packed with flavour, they are simple to prepare – whether it’s stuffing a pitta or sandwich or frying with rice and noodles.”
“No longer does vegan food need to be bland, boring or burdensome to prepare and enjoy.”

Squeaky Bean Vegan Chicken
The new meat-free products from Squeaky Bean — which are high in protein and low in saturated fat — are made using pea protein.
The vegan food company has shared that it is a favorite among young consumers, stating that its products are enjoyed by “more than twice the proportion of 18 to 24 year olds on average in the plant-based ready-to-eat category.”
