Plant-Based Strongman Patrik Baboumian To Release Vegan Comic Book
Strongman Patrik Baboumian is set to release a vegan themed comic book — Earthraiser: Voice of the Voiceless.
The comic book — which has been illustrated by David Padilla — explores the concept of animal suffering from a superhero’s perspective.
“The Animals Deserve A Hero”
“What if there were a hero whose superpower (rather his curse) was that he would inadvertently feel the suffering of others as if it was his own,” said Baboumian.
“This would force our hero to fight against that which creates unnecessary suffering in the world.”
“After all, the animals deserve a hero powerful enough to create real change.”
After successfully securing funding through a Kickstarter campaign in just three days, the story will now be created as a limited-edition comic book.

Vegan Strongman Patrik Baboumian
As a vegan strongman and former bodybuilder, Baboumian has held the title of Germany’s Strongest Man. He is also an actor, author, and public speaker.
In 2019, Baboumian featured in the best-selling documentary The Game Changers — a film that explored the athletic benefits of eating a plant-based diet.
The film famously encouraged a number of prominent people to ditch animal products, such as bodybuilder Kai Greene and Rocky actor Dolph Lundgren.
