Rooney Mara And Joaquin Phoenix Expose Disease Risk Of Farming In New Film
The new film — The End Of Medicine — is directed by Alex Lockwood, and began filming in October 2019. Vegan duo Mara and Phoenix have now joined the project, which is due to be complete by the end of the year.
“Continue To Make Us Sick”
“We hope that The End of Medicine is an eye-opening call to action and ignites a spark of willingness to change our habits,” said the couple in a joint statement.
“Modern animal agriculture will continue to make us sick if we don’t radically change our patterns of consumption.”
“The science is irrefutable.”
