Pizza is almost always a safe bet, especially when children and omnivores are involved. Pizza is a great choice for a Super Bowl party since it’s easy to cook and easily customizable. What about a healthier, gluten-free version of your favorite saucy and cheesy treat? For the kids, think about making a basic Margherita pizza with pizza sauce, tomato, vegan mozzarella, and basil. For the adults, you could make a filling spicy Hawaiian version. In this recipe, you will be using a store bought vegan cauliflower pizza crust. If you would like to make your own crust at home, you can find a lovely recipe from Minimalist Baker.
